Guests are invited to take a gastronomic journey into America’s heart directed by Michelin-starred and James Beard award-winning chef, Joël Antunes. Developed and debuted in 2014, One Eleven celebrates the bounty of the artisan producers complemented by the timeless techniques gleaned from Joël’s culinary journey that has carried him to five continents.

The Capital Bar and Grill
The embodiment of the Capital’s Southern Comfortable culinary vision focuses on provincial comfort food with a particular emphasis on the agricultural abundance of Arkansas. Signature dishes range from the now-legendary chicken fried steak and banana cream pudding to hand-crafted charcuterie.

The tools of the bar include the most sought-after liquors, mixers, and ingredients. In sort of a back-to-the-future twist, it is the devotion to handmade classic and custom cocktails (the Aviation vs. the Crop-duster) that has established CBG as a nationally-regarded spirits destination.

Suite Service
Dining is available 24-hours a day. Limited menus are found in the guestrooms but during their hours of operation, selections can be made from the menus from either restaurant.
