The Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn encompasses a range of 73 uniquely styled and elegantly decorated guestrooms and suites. The landmark Hudson River Vally Inn's 13 romantic guestrooms and suites offer contemporary comforts including private baths, air-conditioning, and telephones. Twenty-nine of the rooms feature fireplaces. The Motel, located behind the original Inn, offers contemporary guestrooms with air-conditioning, televisions, and in-room refrigerators. Pets are allowed in this section of the property.

The historic Delamater Inn is a complex of seven buildings, including the landmark Delamater House, designed by Alexander Jackson Davis in 1844, a rare example of American Gothic architecture. The house is comprised of seven guestrooms, a living room, pantry, and porch. Courtyard Rooms are located in various newer buildings, each with a working fireplace and a king, queen, or two double-size beds. Four rooms have small galley kitchens with a microwave and coffeemaker. The Germond House dates from the mid 1800s and offers four junior suites, each with a bedroom and separate sitting room. A two-night stay is required on seasonal weekends, May through October. Non-smoking rooms are available.

The Beekman Arms offers a comfortable respite for business travelers. In-room comforts include a telephone and dataport. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room rate. A business center is on the premises and offers photocopying and audiovisual services.
